This is a 9 weeks online course for NVC lovers who like to dive into the theme of sexuality, honesty and relationships.

We will explore:

• Safety, what it means to you and how we can create it (in the course, in intimacy, in sex and in love/relationships)​

• Our ‘shoulds’ and ‘have to’s’ in sex and how to move into a direction of sexuality that is welcoming whatever is there.​

• How your sexuality can be a doorway to an empowering, loving, healing force.​

• Self-connection in movement, stillness, alone, together, in dialogue and in lovemaking. 

• Masculine and feminine - from differences to complementary.

• The art of making love, how we can cultivate love through sex.

• The art of Dialogue: How to use a dialogue for growth, healing and creation.​

• Savouring our pleasurable experiences.​

• How to liberate myself from guilt.​

• The art of Mourning. How pain can be the door to my power and growth.​

• Sensing/sensitivity/sensuality -  how to heighten the capacity of your sensory mechanisms as a door to lifelines.​

• Celebration and Appreciation - The fuel for LOVE & LIFE.​

• Moving from focussing on ‘doing’ in sex to focussing on ‘being’, in sex.​

What to expect:

​

☆   Choice! Nothing in this course is obligatory. The focus is on self-connection,            getting to know your longings, your YES and your NO.

☆   A safe space to share and be held in all that arises.

☆   Guided, silent and active body and mind practices, to grow self-connection,              sensuality and sensitivity. 

☆   Group time where we can share our mournings and celebrations to learn from          each other and create community connection.

For:

Everyone with a min. of 30 hours of NVC training (If you have questions or doubts about your level of experience you are very welcome to contact us). This is because we will not teach the basics of NVC. If you like first to learn the basics of NVC you might want to do the Intimate Relationships course.
