About this Course
Do you like conflicts?
We all seem to end up, many times in our lives, in conflicts. Big and small, with others and with ourselves. Even though we all have our own reaction to conflicts, it’s very rare to meet a person that enjoys conflict. In most of our education many things are being taught but learning how to deal with such situations does not seem to be high on the list or is completely absent. This weekend will be dedicated to learning how to enjoy conflicts – getting clarity about what is going on between people and building skills in conflict resolution, communication and deepening of human relationships.
Course Content
We all deal with irritations, disappointments, hurts, fears, struggles and communication challenges – with our families, children, partner, friends, neighbors and colleagues. Sometimes its appearance is expressed loudly, sometimes it stays hidden inside but every person I’ve met experiences challenges with others.
During this course we will explore:
❀ How to connect in conflict and transform conflicts into a deeper connection
❀ How to stand firmly and gracefully for your needs and assertively ask for what you want you want.
❀ How to be radically honest without being judgmental or demanding
❀ How the power of Empathy can dissolve anger, pain, fear and hurt
❀ How to create connection, compassion and cooperation in a conflict
❀ How to hear the essence of what other people say, no matter how they express it

Time: 10:00-18:00 (break: 1 hour / 13:15-14:15)
Location: Pula (Croatia)
Fee: For this course the fee is a choice between €130-260
The choice of the fee depends on your income and free will. The idea behind the sliding scale is that we all have different current financial situations and we like to be flexible so that your financial contribution fits you financial situation as well as you personal wish to support us.
